Asian Lettuce Wraps

Gerber's Ground Chicken
16 leaves
Butter Lettuce

Small Onion, chopped
4 tablespoons
Sriracha
2 tablespoons
Minced garlic
6 tablespoon
Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon
Rice Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoon
Minced ginger
1/2 cup
Shredded carrots
1/4 cup
Chicken Stock
1 bunch
Green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons
Asian (dark) sesame oil
4 tablespoons
Honey
1 Tablespoons
Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoons
Teriyaki Sauce
3 Tablespoons
Ketchup
A Dash
Red Pepper Flakes
To taste
Salt & Pepper
For Garnish
Sesame Seeds (optional)

Directions

Gently rinse whole lettuce leaves and pat dry, set aside.

Combine all ingredients ( Sriracha, honey, peanut butter, ketchup, teriyaki, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic powder) for the sauce in a medium size mixing bowl, set aside.

Heat Sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and saute until soft. Add minced garlic and ginger cook until fragrant. Add 2 packages of Gerber's Ground Chicken, add salt and pepper cook thoroughly.

Stir in sauce to the ground chicken mixture and simmer.

Add shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro and or sesame seeds for garnish.

Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a large serving platter; spoon chicken mixture in the center.
