Beth’s Hot Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
4 cups
Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken cooked, diced
2 tablespoons
lemon juice

hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 teaspoon
salt
1 can
water chestnuts, chopped
1 cup
mayonnaise
potato chips
1
onion, chopped
2 cups
celery, diced
1 can
mushroom soup
4-ounce jar
pimentos, chopped
1 can
mushrooms
1 cup
shredded cheese
almonds
Directions

Mix lemon juice and onion with mayonnaise. Add everything except cheese, almonds and potato chips.

Refrigerate overnight.

Before baking, top with cheese, almonds (chopped) and crushed potato chips.

Use 9” x 13” pan. Bake at 400 F for 35 minutes.
