Chicken Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken boneless skinless breasts cooked & shredded or Gerber's Fully Cooked CANNED CHICKEN

lasagna noodles, cooked, drained, pat dry (wheat, optional)
32 ounces
pasta sauce (mushroom flavor)
2 cups
cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
1
egg
1 tablespoon
parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon
salt
dash of pepper
2 cups or 8 ounces
sliced mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup
Parmesan cheese
Directions

Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Gently shred cooked chicken. Or simply use the fully cooked Gerber's Amish Farm Canned Chicken.

Add in pasta sauce.

Mix cottage cheese, egg, parsley flakes, salt and Parmesan cheese.

Use 9” x 13” pan, butter bottom and put in a little sauce. Put 6 noodles (2 layers) over sauce.

Spread 1/2 cheese mixture. Add 1/2 mozzarella.

Spread 1/2 sauce over mozzarella.

Add 3 noodles, rest of cheese mixture, sauce and mozzarella, repeating process.

Bake at 350 F for 30 to 45 minutes.
