Chicken Noodles Au Gratin

egg noodles, cooked and drained

Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken diced, cooked
1-1/2 cups
peas, slightly cooked
1-1/2 cups
carrots, diced, cooked

small onion, sliced
Sauce:
Sauce:
1/4 cup
butter
1/4 cup
flour
1-1/2 teaspoons
salt
1/8 teaspoon
pepper
2 cups
milk
1/2 cup
cheese
Directions

Combine butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper and cheese in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil until thickened.

Pour sauce over cooked vegetables and noodles and then mix.

Put in a casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
