INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 pounds
boneless Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup
extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon
ground ginger
1 cup
water
1
medium onion, cut 1/4“ slices
1/2 teaspoon
garlic salt
2
medium green peppers, cut into 3/4” wide strips
2 cups
uncooked instant rice
1 tablespoon
cornstarch
2 to 3 teaspoons
sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons
soy sauce

medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
Directions

Cut Gerber’s Chicken into bite-sizes.

Heat oil in large skillet. Add Gerber’s Chicken, cook, turning frequently, until brown, about 5 minutes.

Stir in water, onion, garlic salt and ginger.

Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes.

Add green pepper strips during last 5 minutes of simmering.

While Gerber’s Chicken simmers, cook instant rice as directed on package for 4 servings.
