Swiss Chicken Cutlet

INGREDIENTS

Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless

eggs
1 cup
bread crumbs
1/4 cup
oil
3 tablespoons
butter
1/4 cup
flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/8 teaspoon
pepper
2-1/2 cups
milk
1/2 cup
dry white wine
1 cup
shredded cheese
Directions

Dip Gerber’s Chicken into beaten eggs.

Roll Gerber’s Chicken in bread crumbs.

Brown Gerber’s Chicken in oil as needed.

In saucepan, melt butter, blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Add milk and cook until thickened.

Remove from heat, add wine. Pour half the sauce into bottom of baking dish.

Arrange Gerber’s Chicken and top with remaining sauce.

Cover and chill several hours or overnight.

Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes or until done.

Sprinkle with cheese

Return to oven for 2-3 minutes.
