Underground Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS
3 pounds
Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken tenders, fried, cut into pieces
3 quarts
mashed potatoes

22.5-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
1 box
Velveeta
8 ounces
sour cream
14.5 ounces
chicken broth
2 tablespoons
chicken seasoning
1 pound
medium egg noodles
1/2 cup
browned butter
Directions

Fry Gerber’s Chicken set a side.

Make mashed potatoes.

Heat cream of chicken soup, Velveeta, sour cream.

Cook noodles in broth with chicken seasoning.

Put Gerber’s Chicken in bottom of big roaster.

Pour cream chicken mixture over Gerber’s Chicken.

Layer with noodles.

Put mashed potatoes on top of noodles.

Bake at 350 F for 1-1/2 hours.

Top with browned butter.
